First let me start off with the sales spoke person Dustin. I really value a company who knows when they have found the right person for the job, someone who cares and value the lives of the people he goes out to visit.nThis past Saturday January 29th All Good Heating & cooling blessed my family with the best brother dual Jose and his brother Junior. They came ready, professional, organized, knowledgeable, witty and friendly. My husband and I truly appreciate the time they put into really making sure everything was installed properly tight and safely secured. It’s hard these days to come across people to provide service with a smile and take pride in what they do, haven’t seen that in a while. If your looking to get an heating /air system installed request these guys Dustin and the brothers Jose & Junior. They will make sure to provide exceptional service with a smile.

The customer service is horrible. I scheduled an appoinement for a quote on Monday. I called to confirm that we would proceed with the order and they ensured that the parts would come in Tuesday and they would repair the plumbing Tuesday. No one made contact or called to say they would not arrive. I called today and was told that the plumber would come out today between 2-6pm. I called 3 times today to follow up only to find out the parts were never ordered. I was told that Joe the manager would give me a call but never received a call. This is completely unacceptable.

First, the work done by Isaac was good. My complaint is with customer service. The details are long, but include lots of phone time on hold, managers not available or managers not returning calls, no follow through on promises, giving me a 4 hour window for an appointment and not showing up at all that day or the next with no communication on their part, and dragging on the completion of the job for 2 more days! It felt like they really didn’t want my business, that my relatively small job wasn’t worth it. There is some major problem with communication within this company and with me that greatly impacted the delivery of service and trust in the company. I have never been more frustrated! If you don’t have the manpower, be honest and respectful...don’t make appointments or promises you know you can’t keep!

I am editing my review from three years ago because my service from AllGood in the last six months has been the absolute worst.nnI've been an AllGood customer for nearly four years and I've always been extremely happy with their service. Unfortunately the last two times I've used them, I have been VERY disappointed. They have not shown up for an appointment with no reason or acknowledgement at all. They have pushed appointments off for days. One salesman of theirs hounded us to purchase a new HVAC unit from them. When we finally did, it turned out he sold us an incorrect unit for our home. Most recently, they pushed off my appointment for a leak in my home. I was told that I would be seen first thing the next day. The next day comes and all of the technicians are once again busy. I understand that there are bigger emergencies than a leak, but being a paying member, I expect to be given some kind of priority. Not only that, but when I call I expect some honesty. Every time I called to ask there was a different excuse. I am incredibly disappointed to have to change my review after I had wonderful service from them for years. I'm not sure what has changed with AllGood, but I will no longer be continuing my contract with them.
