Olmsted Linear Park

Not much of a park, just an open space that can be great for picnics if you don't mind the traffic.

Incredible foliage throughout and giant hardwoods with plenty of shade. Beautiful spot for a picnic or a walk. 100 year old park surrounded by historic mansions.

One of my favorite parks in Atlanta - lots of space, shade, and never too busy.

Great neighborhood but it loses a star for me because it's right next to a busy street. Be careful if you're taking children here!

Olmsted Park consists of 6 newly restored parks that stretch across Ponce de Leon Ave giving walkers and joggers a lovely pathway which includes many benches and bridges.
