Taiwan was wonderful! Helpful and friendly with a great personality! Great prices too. Units look great and property looks fabulous! Highly recommend and I also recommend doing it online before stopping by to see her.
I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Taiwan Carmichael this week and I must say her service went above and beyond. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough and went out of her way to work with me as I'm not local to the area but still needed to secure a storage in the area. After speaking with her and receiving the information I needed I felt confident that she would handle our fraternity accounts with detail and secured the storage immediately. If you have the opportunity to be assisted by Ms. Carmichael have no doubt that you're in great hands!

Absolutely excellent customer service! Ms. Taiwan Carmichael was extremely Polite, informative, and patient. Also very knowledgeable about property and details of contract. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great storage company!
If you need someone who can help you get a place to store your items , this is the place. I felt like I was looking at a house when I got here . The property manager Ms. Taiwan greeted me as I walked in, asked my needs, and gave me a tour of the property! I have never had any one show me that type of hospitality at a storage facility. With this type of service, I’m sure you’ll be just as satisfied as I am!
