Great experience using this location. The property management team is top notch. They are very attentive and if they aren't immediately available, they will always call you back in a timely manner. I never had an issue with accessing the property or unit, and the online/text notification set up was very helpful and informative. Will definitely use this storage location in the future.

But when you come across great customer service, it's appreciated and needs to be acknowledged.nMs Brooks went above and beyond in order to address all of my questions and concerns. Both professional and courteous. She has followed up and close the loop on all transactions I've had with her..nAs long as I know she's there I feel that my property is in good hands. Just want to say thank you and customer service like that is truly appreciated.
I came out to visit this location for storage during my home renovations and the lady not only showed me the unit size I would need but she also explained in detail the rental process with my phone. Location is convenient and very clean. Thanks so much!!
