Don't return phone calls for price quote. Arrived 1 hour after time give. Impatient when it comes to dealing with his customers. I will not use his service again. The guys that installed did great.
Communication regarding changes to my appointment time without updating me was the only issue I initially came across but my frustration was quickly rectified. (Great businessman!!!) My communication with Accuracy Auto Glass was very professional and they had the best rate I could find so I was initially a little skeptical... JD came and did a great and timely job on my 2012 Mazda 3! He was friendly, pleasant to talk to and left my car clean just like he found it... no glass or smear anywhere. I’ll definitely be recommending Accuracy whenever I see a cracked windshield. Thanks guys

My 2016 navigator windshield was hit by a flying object on the freeway on my way home from an evening practice. I called accuracy auto glass the next morning and arrangements were made to have my windshield replaced that day. The job was completed quickly and professionally. I was extremely pleased. I highly recommend Accuracy Auto Glass.
I had my 2018 Mercedes Benz broken into the other night. Called Accuracy Auto Glass at 4am and James the owner answered the phone and took the info from me. He called me by 8:30 am to let me know that the tech was on the way to fix my car. They had me completed by 11am. Thanks to Leon and Accuracy for their help. Will definitely used them again.
