I've been going to bobby consistently since 2002 for help with my vw dune buggy. Bobby is awesome and gets it done to perfection as an expert. He always puts in the time to make sure it is done right. His prices are always reasonable. I've learned so much by watching him work. I recommend him if you have an air cooled vw that is needing attention! He is also into racing, so if you are looking for a performance upgrade he's good for that too.

They were super nice ( older man with a beard and young guy with glasses ) told me 120 or 160 for a new oil cooler cause mine was leaking. Then after 3 or 4 hours longer than they said they tried to charge me 400 instead of the 120 or 160 because they took off my carburator and they claimed it was a piece of ud83dudca9 and fell apart ( got me from Georgia to Colorado twice roundtrip ) but ok so they charge me for the used one they had. He only took off 50 or a hundred can't remember after me explaining to him he's charging me for something he broke. They will straight steal your money if you don't know your stuff. I didn't then but I do now.
The place to go for VW repair. Bobby is great.
I've been going to Advanced Imports since it opened on East College and followed them to their location in Tucker. They know VWs inside and out. I have a 1973 Super Beetle that Bobby and his crew have kept in perfect running order for at least 20 years. It is my primary transportation. Their service is awesome. They are honest, reliable and very competent. Their prices are fair, though not inexpensive.
