DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP‼ufe0f‼ufe0f‼ufe0f I bought a 2014 grand Cherokee from this place. I called them back in less than 4 hours of my purchase to aware them that the check engine light had came on. I Told Stephan that I believed they sold me a bad vehicle. I returned to the dealership he turned the light off using a hand held engine code reader. He said the code read for a gas cap. 2weeks later the jeep would not crank at all. I called them back he basically said I was stuck with it and my money would not be refunded. I had the jeep towed to Chrysler. Chrysler then told me the keep needed a new fuel pump, a new fuel tank and a new evac system. Total repairs was over $3000 after I just put down $4500. I called AUTO RIP OFF they said it was nothing they could do. The repairs was on me. THE DAY AFTER THE SECOND CAR NOTE WAS DUE. OK FINACED CALLED CHRYSLER AND REPOD THE CAR. THEN TOLD ME MY LONEY WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED. SO BASICALLY THEY TOOK MY $4500 DOWN PAYMENT AND USED IT TO REPAIR THE JEEP, SO THEY COULD RESALE IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I WASTED $4500 only drove the jeep for 2 weeks!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE‼ufe0f THEY ARE SELLING LEMONS‼ufe0f I PUT 8k DOWN ON A CAMARO‼ufe0f THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THE DAY AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR‼ufe0f STEVEN AND HIS MANAGER SAID IT WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO‼ufe0f 2 WEEKS LATER THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT AFTER I WAS PROMISED THE CAR HAD GONE THROUGH INSPECTION‼ufe0f STOLE 8k FROM ME‼ufe0f I HOPE SOMEBODY KIDNAP STEVEN FAMILY‼ufe0f

Steven was very professional and helpful. He wasn't pushy and got the deal done. I had an issue with my car and he fixed it immediately. Alex was also good even though he sat down at the desk the whole time lol. Great Customer Service would recommend this dealership. Thanks, I Love my rideud83dude01.

Steven was Awesome at Auto star I have been without a car for a few weeks. Steven was able to help with everything I was in and out.
