Planet Hookah Cafe

This place has being amazing , however the best two hookah makers Ahmed and Jassim are leaving soon , so I will see another good hookah place to go to , the reason I am giving this one Star is why you don't keep good employees who are making your customers happy !!!

I love coming here on a chill Friday. Late morning/early afternoon. The hookah is great every time. The Turkish coffee is delicious. And the vibe as a whole is just a mood. Very relaxed. Can come here to study, work, read, and just get out the house without worrying about being in an over crowded noisy lounge.

We drove 2 hours to get here from Jacksonville me and my friends hoping to have fun. The hookahs are horrible! There’s no taste in them and the menu sucks Couches are burned and dirty no music and their phone line was down we tried calling before coming here but didn’t work out. Trust me I love hookah and enjoy it but this place is a NO GO.

It’s a best place ever I been recommend ppl to go check out the place and all over it Love itnAnd there’s a point wanna say it Edie is the best Manager ever he’s really take care of business and take care of the customer congratulation Edie for your respecting (he’s the man)

Not too pleased with the customer service there and there’s always an issue with the printer . 1/10 would not recommend #unsatisfactory
