Ding Tea Norcross

The drink came out fine but the customer service was bad. All of the staff was very dull and unfriendly. There were 4 employees but not a single greeting when entering or leaving, even when I greeted them first. And when taking the order they were kind of rude.

Tea quality has definitely gone down the drain recently here. I’ve been in and out here many times over the past two years but recently they started getting “cheap” with their tea. Your drinks will start tasting as if it’s just milk with food coloring and ice. The heavy tasters like Thai milk tea being a staple drink looked more and more pale meaning actually tea and tea powder flavoring is being substituted with more and more milk/cream.

So, I happened upon this place via a delivery, and it seems like a cool place. It was empty inside, but there's good energy in there. My customer ordered a golden boba tea. The drinks are a fun, little boba balls at the bottom of your cup.

I just ordered the Hokkaido Milk Tea with black tea and egg pudding, soooo delicious! I’ve been to many bubble tea places and this place may just have the best tasting yet.

Had the Taro tea with boba and it was delicious. Also, this place has excellent service. They were thoughtful enough to amplify the sound by speaking through a mic. Don’t know about you but now that we wear masks everywhere I’m having trouble listening to people. It’s so annoying to ask everyone to repeat themselves.
