Starbucks

This place started out good but for what ever reason all the good employees are gone. The only positive thing I can say is they are nice. My wife and I kept trying to give them a chance but after getting 6 bad drinks in a row, we are done. Get rid of those young kids and bring back the ones that actually made decent drinks.

The staff changes every month and this very new staff CANNOT MAKE A DRINK to save their lives. I have never been to a Starbucks this bad before... Last time I was there I asked for almond milk and they used regular milk. Thank goodness my husband saw him so he redid it but it did not look like the Mocha Cookie Crumble should look. Smh!!! Disappointed.

Today, order a peach and strawberry lemonade Frappuccino. It was very peachy so I went back up to ask if they could add more of the strawberry lemonade in. First, she said she couldn’t take the cup back to fix it because of Covid but then the second time says that I’ll have to pay for the strawberry lemonade to be added. If I’ve ever had a bad experience with a drink, Starbucks fixes it. Very disappointed in the customer service today. This was at approx 3:45 pm yesterday. Won’t be back.

I’ve yet to have a good experience at this one. It’s not a corporate store (I don’t think) so no surprise. They literally messed up a cafe americano today. I mean, how? But, it’s the only one around here so, oh well.
