Food was JUST ok. Could have certainly be better. On a 1 to 10 scale they earned a 3 or 4 with me. Haven't gone there in a while so I wanted it to be like WELCOME BACK. Unfortunately I didn't get that. Therefore it will be months before my family and I return. Hope your visit is better. The chance we take when we eat out. Like a box of chocolates. Never know what you're gonna get.

Not sure why fast food takes 40+ min. A normal restaurant is faster. And that’s counting parking, ordering, eating, and paying. So Ridiculous. Pick up is so unclear. Multiple people ahead of me left because the wait was so long. To make things worse, I was doing a delivery that I had to wait forever for.

Might want to tell your cook at this location to ACTUALLY SEASON THE FRIES. bland zero taste. Not a speck of seasoning. If you go to this spot ask for extra fry seasoning because there is never any on the actual fries!!! ud83eudd74

I am writing this review while I continue to sit here waiting for my order. After paying they asked me to pull up, said they would bring it out to me. Here I am nearly 45 minutes later, I even walked up to the window since I can’t get inside, to ask about it, and I still don’t have my food. Two salads and fried mushrooms should not take that long. I won’t be returning to this location, which is sad because I love Zaxby’s and it’s very conveniently located for me.nnEdit: immediately checked my food when I did get it and all the fried items were cold and soft. And one of the salads was incorrect. Did not wait for it to be corrected.
