My fish sandwich looks horrible. It’s over cooked and a huge portion of the fried batter is missing at the top. Someone needs to be held accountable for this. In addition to that the cashier was not wearing a mask and she was not in uniform I’m not sure if she forgot it or what but everyone else had on theirs. I asked to use my coupon when I came to the register and she asked me to pull up and wait for my food. And I politely told her forget the free food I needed to go home ASAP and she still told me to wait. I can not believe a huge square is missing from my fish sandwich and if I didn’t have work in the morning I would go back and get my money back and free food but I don’t have time for this. And in addition to that the store could have been cleaner. Overall I wasted my time and money. I should have went to Popeyes or another Checkers location. God bless all of the employees. Something is not right at this location and I hope the food and customer experience improves.

The line does move fast, but they need to do better on the customer service with there employees. It's usually clean so no problems with that so far. ud83dude0a

This place is horribly bad for a fast food spot. I never hav expectations for fast food spots but I’m in love with their French fries and it’s the closest to my house.nn1. My order is almost always wrongn2. Employees are always either arguing or playing on their phones.n3. The wait is alway too long (I’ve been order Checker fries for a while a know they should not take more than 3-4 minutes to make)nnFind another Checkers restaurant this one is by far the one of worst.
