I ordered the Philly pappa.. not meat at all to taste... just cheese peppers and onions its sad... I have to drive 15 miles out of my way to get it properly made... I don't fault the employee's they just follow directions..I will not order this item again. I will continue to patronize this business because it provides for the community but do better management..
Wow. What terrible service. I ordered pizza two hours ago. It took an hour to get a person on the phone, after three calls, and they said, “oh we cancelled that order because we couldn’t turn the oven on and didn’t want it to be late”, seems like they would tell their customer.nnJust terrible, amazing how bad my favorite childhood pizza place has gotten. Their app still says the pizza is on the way.
Never got to place an order, I was put on hold 3 separate times and had to continue repeating myself. Never got to place my first order here. A joke.
Twice I’ve placed orders 3 hours before advertised closing time and they have called (after card has been charged) and said they can’t fulfill the order because they’re closed. This location is absolutely abysmal. Fraudulent.
Food was fresh, but the service could have been better. The cashier appeared confused and stated she couldn't give us our order because the boxes were not turned around. One of the other employees turned the boxes around, to display the names on the takeout orders. The cashier, still, appeared to be confused. She finally cashed out the customers after a 15 minute+ wait. It was busy and usually my wait time is 5 to 10 minutes.
