Came in on January to have my taxes filed along with my wife and daughters and I was informed our tax filings would be transmitted on 02/12/21 and it was never sent. I spent over 3 weeks calling the office and sending emails regarding an update and the receptionist never had the accountant call me back with an update nor did she ever provide any real expectation as to when our taxes would get filed. Worst customer service!
He is very comprehensive and thorough. His staff is amazing!
