Dearborn Park

Many more trails here then you might expect!nnBe careful that you don't accidentally pass from the park over onto private property as you explore. There are no clear signs (that we saw) indicating where that transition occurs, so check out maps on the Friends of Dearborn Park pages before your trek!

Ideal for babies and toddlers. Also, has a quiet stream to wade in.

Beautiful park with walking and running trails, exercise equipment, and even a play area for small kids. There is a small creek with a few good places to sit and enjoy nature.

we had a late afternoon picnic there. It was clean and quiet -- so quiet that we could hear the water burbling in the creek.

Nice as always, but a bit to crowded today.
