I come here rather frequently as my office is nearby. However, today was not a good experience. First, I tried to order online as I do usually. It was not working at all. When I went in, there was a girl being trained. I get she was new, so I was patient. I even had to remind her of the ingredients that goes into the wrap I wanted. She put too much and couldn’t wrap it, so took a significant portion out - more than she should. The salad wasn’t chopped properly, I had a giant avocado piece in the middle, the wrap was mostly tortilla and not wrapped tightly, and it fell apart all over the ground as I tried to eat it. After paying $12 for a wrap, I expect something better than that. I usually don’t have any issues with this location but that was so disappointing. If someone isn’t ready to be on the floor, don’t put them on the floor or have someone to supervise instead of giving the customers substandard food.
Great food. Made to order on that app. Only bad thing is still don’t have in restaurant dining like lot of restaurants. But recommended
Salads are delicious. Staff is nice. I have it 4/5 STARS because the bathrooms was atrocious. Feces on the side of the toilet is no bueno and should be cleaned and checked by the staff ever so often. Lost my appetite after visiting the restroom....
Really great menu and lots of ingredients to make your own if you like. Easy in and out parking. Great service. Very good and fair prices.
I give chopt a 5 star for their food alone when it first came i loved the customer service but as time has gone the customer service sucks. They are never on time and this location has a smell of souring produce. Again i really like chopt its just this location for me has lost it lustier
