I used a kiosk at a Kroger store to copy a house key. It works great but expensive.
They're rude with very little customer service experience. The guy hung up on me twice without hearing the full explanation of my issue. I called back to speak with a supervisor after being hung up on twice. The young lady that answered would not let me speak to a manager. I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere with them.
The key didn’t fit the lock but they responded to my concern quickly and gave me a refund.
The process was not long at all and I had more than one key to copy. Very convenient and easy to access.
Never received a call back and they never showed up. Real disappointed in the lack of reliability.
