Have never had a problem. They tell us when they find something wrong and ask if we would like them to do it. Been going there for seven years. Love it there.
Had some work done over the summer and they let me know everything that needed tuned up. I did a few things and haven't had issues. I called a few months later (last week) they had it all in the system, got me in and even took care of some things they didn't know about because of safety issues. I will always recommend these guys and they are reasonably priced and quick.
I have been very happy with Chucks. I have a 17 year old van and they have done a great job helping to keep it running. They are very friendly and helpful and don't speak to you in a condescending manner when telling you whats wrong. I highly recommend their services.
Took my vehicle in for the state emissions test, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this shop, I have taken vehicles in and they do top notch work.
