Applied online for a guess pass. Set it up spoke to Miles Taylor to try out the gym. The front desk worker this morning at 8 said I couldn’t workout because no one named miles Taylor works there nor do they give out free trial passes. Strongly recommend any other gym.

I've been to several locations this week.. all the instructors have been great. The people are friendly and they take pretty decent steps to prevent COVID infection. I wish it was a little cheaper to start but, for what you get (group classes, pool, hot tub, sauna, large work out area, high quality machines, etc), it's worth the investment

I’ll start with the only positive, the equipment lay out is nice and that's the only positive. Staff and cleanliness is one of the worst in the area. Mostly on phones while the paper towels, spray bottles and soap dispensers are constantly empty.nGym/Staff is selfish and keep majority of equipment locked up for personal training, lack of weight clips, multiple machines always broken.nIt serves it purpose for cardio workouts but nothing else. I drive past this location for other LA fitness locations to get a better workout and customer service.

Went to work out at there Church street location never would have thought that LA fitness would be like any other until I was approached by two of there employees about grunting while pushing 1400 lbs on the leg press.One of the so called professionals comments where very unprofessional he said and I quote “trying to lift the whole gym aren’t you” Wow, I made the mistake of becoming a member of PLANET FITNESS many years ago.and cancelled my membership with them because of there weird rules of wanting to controlling the intensity of someone’s work out, Look out the blue light will be next!! Will be sure to warn All my professional athlete friends of this,

Very clean free weights are not all over the place paper towels are full in men's room shower stalls have no mildew machines are in working order.
