Multiple horrible experiences with pharmacy! Prescriptions not confirmed just get rushed off the phone thus this last time what I needed is not what was actually filled. I have learned my lesson and will not return to this location.

My regular pharmacy doesn’t supply one drug so they referred me. Of the some dozen refills through this pharmacy about 1/4 have had big mistakes and they have always blamed it on me or dr office when it has been obviously their mistake. Twice they have shorted me without notifying me and I didn’t notice until I got home. Yes- should have checked before I left but fortunately it wasn’t a counting mistake the number on the bottle was correct just it should have been 60 instead of 30 I.e. “take one pill twice a day for 30 days”. But it took three trips, one to pick up then another to show them which after some lip they ordered more and finally to pick up the missing 30. And then I had to go over it all again because they were trying to charge me for another copay. More lip! I will now try and find a online pharmacy. They are just after the almighty buck nothing else matters.

If it were possible to give this location negative stars, trust me, I would. I am regularly treated rudely and dismissively, and inexplicably get notifications that meds are ready when they're not. The only reason I come here is because it's so close to my house. I always swear I'll never go back. I need to hold myself to that!

I cannot tell you how rare it is that a place angers me enough to give a 1 star review. I quit this pharmacy years ago and then my company’s insurance changed to where I have to go to CVS so no choice. My rx is never just ready, no problem. Always they get it wrong, or they tell me it’s ready and it’s not, or they lost my insurance??? And this time, I show up the day after it’s called in, not ready, give us at least an hour. I come back 2 hours later, oh, sorry. We don’t have enough to fill your rx. And did they give me a heads up? Nope.
