I love these guys! They are so honest that sometimes they have just sent me home with a minimal charge when there was no issue but normal maintenance. Makes it easier to believe when they tell me it is going to be a big charge. Since I don't know a thing about cars, I consider myself lucky to have found an honest repair shop.

I have been bringing our Honda Civic to quantum for well over 5 years now. Every experience is phenomenal. They’re communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. They are very candid about what needs to be preformed on the car and never try’s to preform unnecessary maintenance. I’ve been working with Phillip for quite some time but all the employees are great. I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends with Japanese or German cars.

I was traveling back home to Florida when the brakes on my Honda Civic started acting up. Decided to stop for the night in Atlanta to be safe and started calling mechanics first thing the next morning. Quantum Mechanics was the only shop willing to take me on short notice, and this despite not typically working on my type of car. The lady was so kind and said she understood I was stuck and would do everything she could to get me in. They worked me in that afternoon and had my car back to me in less than 24 hours. Replaced the back brakes, the timing belt and did some tune ups. And all for a more than fair price! Everyone in my family said that was the most fair price they'd heard for what we done. They gave me a list of things to be aware of over the next few months but focused primarily on getting me safely back on the road as soon as possible without any unnecessary work. A month and a half later, everything is still running great and safe. The Christmas card I received was also a nice touch.

Quantum mechanics personnel are very courteous and very helpful. They are technically very knowledgeable. They complete the work in the time specified and are willing to accommodate the customer emergencies. I will recommend them without any reservations.

Quantum Mechanics is fantastic across the board. They tend to both big and small aspects of car care, and deliver amazing customer service at every step. I recommend them to everyone and would not take my car anywhere else!
