I loved my experience with Watkins Collision Center. They were very professional, efficient and kind. I can’t say enough. I am new to the area and happy to have “my” body shop! The pricing was good and they communicated every step of the process as progress was made. They did a great job and stayed on schedule. Will definitely do business with them again.

I shopped around for estimates at three different Atlanta body shops, including Watkins and two others that also get very positive reviews. Watkins won out because they did a thorough review of the vehicle, provided reasonable prices, and had a team that was especially professional and service-oriented. I was not disappointed by my choice. My car was in great hands with Jose and his team, and Jose communicated with me throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle and it looked better than ever. Would highly recommend Watkins Collision to anyone in Atlanta.

I highly recommend Watkins Collision Center. They offer great customer service from the moment I first dropped off the vehicle to time my vehicle was ready for pickup. They made sure to coordinate with both the Insurance and the Rental Companies to make sure that the customer was taken care of. Also, the work done on the vehicle was amazing, everything looks brand new now, including the paint job which they were able to match like the original. They also were able to meet the expectations regarding the total timeframe to complete the work, they provided step by step updates to make sure that the customer was aware of the progress being made. 5 Star Service. Let me start by saying Watkins Collision deserves a standing ovation! I was referred to this body shop by my insurance company when my car was vandalized and this company exceeded my expectations! From the time I dropped my car off after hours to the time I picked it up I knew my car was in good hands because they constantly communicated with me about my vehicle! Specifically thank you to Jose for the outstanding service! Jose went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the process! If anything changed he called. His tone as well as his attitude was always very pleasant and he was very informative about future preventive measures. Thank you thank you thank you Jose for everything! Watkins Collision is now my go to whenever I need anything done on a vehicle! Before I forget my car was even returned to me detailed! Service gets no better than this!
