We were extremely happy that we brought our car to Nalley BMW of Decatur for service and repairs. We got to speak to the mechanic Darren, who was working on our car, he was very helpful in providing us the information on exactly what our car needed for repair and was very thorough. The service we received was very professional and our overall experience including the phone and text communication with Elias was also very helpful. The job was done in a timely manner and in a few days, we had our car back with no hassle. We will definitely return for future service needs.

Have to say Brandon Davis was amazing at assisting me with my X6 and figuring out the next best car option for me as my lease is up. He is very personable, reliable, communicates well, and will get you the best deal! I asked a ton of questions along the way and he was always happy to go the extra mile for me. Very happy with Brandon and Nalley for the great service.

Dan in the service department was amazing! His customer service was top notch as he was professional, knowledgeable and transparent about the whole process(also funny). I loved that he informed me which repairs were priorities so I could budget effectively. I will return to Nalley BMW for any car needs simply because of Dan.

My experience with Christopher at Nalley BMW was better than what I expected. I do not like car shopping but he made the experience great for me. He was very knowledgeable and over delivered on my expectations. He made sure I was comfortable with every decision I made while searching for a vehicle. He was quick to follow up and quick to answer all of my many questions. He made the process easy for me.
