I was upset due to the buying process initially. The existing inventory car was damaged at the Nashville location and there wasn’t clear information on what happened and the delivery date was delayed. Magically a another Model 3 with the exact same setup was delivered just before my second delivery date. I am very happy with the car and the Atlanta Decatur team were very gracious and helpful on delivery day. Everyone was under high pressure and they pulled it off.

I went to Emory hospital yo have my son's blood work. Realized have not enough charge to get back my home.Went there to charge my tesla need 15 minutes supercharge to reach my home, I request several time, they refused . Even though I told them it won't look good if I call AAA and towed my car home.nSo be aware.
Went to pickup new model 3. Waited almost an hour after our appointment before we were able to inspect our car. Car was not ready at our pickup time. After inspection we had to refuse delivery due to quality control issues. Not a great first experience with Tesla. Ended up picking up a different vehicle in Roswell and had a much better experience.
Ken and Conner made me feel like all is well and the service my Y needs will be handled with accuracy and efficiency. As a new owner, this means a lot!! Great customer service and follow up was explained to ensure next steps are clear and meet expectations. Great experience overall!
