I received a referral from a friend four years ago & I've been pleased with their personal approach, reasonable pricing and overall customer service. The real time service updates sent via text are a real plus.nA great alternative to dealership pricing. I highly recommend the services.

I had a no start condition on my 04 IS300. I went through changing 2 fuel pumps and still no start. I heard about LexTechs through my car club and gave them a call. Right away I was impressed with how they do business. I got the car towed to them and they got it fixed quickly. Dustin and his team at the Decatur location did great work, were very responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. The pricing was way better than going to a dealer with the same quality of work and results. I highly recommend LexTechs if you have a Toyota or Lexus on the fritz.

Great place for Toyota work. We had been taking my son's ancient Toyota to another place that never could seem to find what was wrong, and were sort of condescending and not super helpful and made my son feel hesitant about asking questions. Totally different experience here - they did a full diagnostic thing that told us everything wrong so we knew what questions to ask and what to prioritize when we were ready to do the work. Super nice guys who answered our questions and were honest about what work wasn't necessary. I feel much better about my kid on the road after these guys gave his car the business.

I fixed my own vehicles my whole life and owned my own shop for over 20 years.nNow its time for me to be the customer. I can tell just by speaking with Jeff on the phone that this is a professional and fair business.nHe took the time to speak to me and explain different repairs and costs without rushing through the conversation. He was very knowledgeable.nHe was also able to answer all my questions with out hesitation.nI look forward to trusting this team with my new vehicles.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My car wouldn't start before work on a Friday. Finally got the engine to turn over after a few tries, but then the check engine light came on. Managed to get to work safely. Called my old mechanic who specializes in BMWs (all I used to drive) and they recommended LexTechs in Decatur. Had my roadside tow it to the shop and then called to inform them the car was on the way. Spoke with Dustin, who told me they were pretty full for the day and they might not get to it until Monday. Then SURPRISE! Got a call back from Dustin who told me he challenged his guys to see if they could at least do the diagnostic that day and fix it if it was something easy. Turned out I just needed a new battery. Not only did they charge me a more than fair price for the battery and labor, they took payment over the phone and delivered my car back to me at work at no additional charge before COB! EXCELLENT! I even noticed today they even cleaned my car floors! AND I got a follow up text from Dustin to make sure things were ok days later! My new go to mechanics, for sure!
