Okay, could have been better. If u pay over $10.00 dollars for a meal; I expect to get all my fries!! The happy meal can with nuggets that were a little tough for my daughter to chew.

This is the WORST McDonald’s I have EVER been to in my entire 30+ years of living. I should have known when the I saw 2,000 reviews and a 2.9 rating that it was going to be bad.nnWe ordered our food and the girl ringing us up was new but she tried. The manager a short kind of chunky guy was at the window talking with a customer. The way he was speaking to her should have gave me a better hint that the reviews were LEGIT! My order was all wrong but they did fix it and he wasn’t rude to me at all. We get out to the car to eat and my fries are like ice and have no salt on them. I can deal with that but we ordered 50 chicken nuggets and we only got 20. I went back in with my receipt to tell another girl that we were short 3 nuggets. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to tell me that she put them in the bag. I said no ma’am we only got 20 out of the 50 and I still need the 30.nnShe then turned and yelled she needed 10 chicken nuggets. The lady who originally took my order came back up front and had to tell her AGAIN that I still needed another 20 nuggets. She groaned real loud and acted like it was such an inconvenience to do her job and give me the food that I paid for. Luckily I don’t live ANYWHERE near this location but I would NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone. I would let them serve me dog it was just an awful experience all around. Steer clear unless you want to be greatly disappointed and like cold food!

The 3 managers that were sitting in the lobby was very rude. I was trying to taste my beverage to make sure my latte was to my liking on for all 3 to tell me simultaneously that the lobby was closed. 1st of all how is the lobby closed if I just ordered a latte. Secondly who's to say I wasn't waiting for more food & lastly I know there is no dining in at any McDonald's but as a manager you should be more mindful how you talk to your patrons. The cashier was very nice & respectable. She provided me with great service, maybe she should be the manager.

They very courtesy they always get my order right and they try to do it as fast as they can

This McDonald's should close. But because we continue to patronize it has been able to stay open. Poor customer service poor food quality. It is ONLY convenient. Close to home and cheap. Employees could care less on any day I have gone here. Last day spending my cash here. I will travel further for better service and to experience the McDonald's experience/food/service. Quality.
