I had a great experience. I had an appointment and went to the wrong location at first and they still saw me. I had no wait time and very warm friendly banker.
I have banked her for 7 years and I went this week to close my accounts at Druid Hills and had a horrible experience with the team there then decided to just walk out. On my way home I saw this location so I stopped cause I saw a sign “now open”. The Branch Manager greeted me at the door and asked how can he help. They were not letting people it without appointments due to this COVID stuff but they worked me in cause someone canceled. Then listen to what I was complaining about and took care of my concerns and convinced me to stay. I have read a lot of reviews but people only take the time to fuss and never take the time to say thank you...so thank you Mr Clarke and Mr Diaz. I hope corporate lets you know you saved a customer from leaving your bank.
There is no drive thru ATM or Drive thru teller. The branch is in a busy downtown area with no parking and is completely useless. Why did they move from the previous location which was blocks away and much more convenient?
They are never answer their phone!!
Terrible service. Rude manager and employees.
