I submitted paperwork to this branch through the night deposit and somehow it was lost. It took months to get that resolved and it involved a Health Savings Account payment that was delayed. In another review someone commented on new employees and management not knowing what they are doing and I could not agree more. I am in the process of finding another banking institution which is sad - this is very close to where we live.
This bank decided to change all their employees and now nobody knows what to do at this branch! I’ve been banking here for years and you finally get to know everyone and the bank decides to replace everyone! My business and personal accounts will be closed and I’m going to a different bank because of the decision made by the bank to replace everyone. I also bank at the Pewaukee location and they have had the same employees for 10 plus years!! Not cool North Shore Bank!!
