My taxes are really simple (1099 for 12k and the health insurance deduction)!!! I do not recommend this business. Luz is really disorganized and rude!! Because of her I had to fill out an extension and be all stressed out today. Customer service is non existing for her; instead receiving and apology for her mistake I got treated like trash. Long story short my son had to intervine and help me to find a person that can do my taxes. I do not recommend her. She seem overloaded and it feels like she is doing a favor instead providing a service.
