Storage Sense

We are Southern Souls Rescue (a 501c3 Non-Profit Animal Rescue) in Harlem, GA. We use Storage Sense in Grovetown, GA on a regular basis to transport large donations of dog / cat food and supplies to our Rescue. This food is distributed to other Shelters, Rescues and the communities in our area that need help during these stressful times. Storage Sense (especially Melissa) has bent over backwards and gone the extra mile for us on more than one occasion and we are so incredibly grateful. We have referred Melissa / Storage Sense to others and will use no other rental facility. We can't say enough good about Storage Sense and would give 10 Stars if we could.

Melissa was so warm and welcoming even before I arrived. Once I got there I was taken care very quickly. She offered to show me the unit before I made my decision. I'm glad she did because I realized the unit I originally picked was not a good fit for all the things I have. All in all, my experience was great. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

We moved our stuff down over Christmas break to store for a March move in time frame. We came back to find our unit dry and clean just like we left it. Location is good to all surrounding towns and it’s easy to get in and out of. Melissa the manager was always a phone call away to assist us with anything we needed.

I really feel as if I’ve known you guys for quite some time and I think it’s because of the warm welcome melissa presents once you enter the building. She really knows and love what she does, If only the world and work force had more like her... ud83eudd70

Every single time I call or come in, I am immediately greeted by Melissa. She is the most friendly young lady I've talked to in my life. Another review states she's a gem and it's 100% true. Thank you Melissa for being such an asset and giving exceptional service every single time.
