Fast customer service/ convenient online banking.
Fast enough service, but once my check for 59 dollars got rejected from the ATM and that was pretty annoying
My online banking was frozen because there servers crashed and it cancelled my debit card I have been waiting almost two weeks for access to my savings account in online banking and a check that I cashed through mobile deposit is gone
This place is the worst bank ever. My wife tried to cash their check writen to us by our tenants and refused because it was written with my name and I signed the check over to her. Then I had my tenant put both my wife and I on it with and or. Still had problems with cashing check. I will never bank with this place fees for everything you do. My suggestion to you go to a credit union!
