Great subs. Some of the best for a big franchise. Would have had 5 stars, but compared to the other chains in the area on of the servers greeted or tried to take my order when I walked in. Just left me standing at the register while they walked back and forth. Restocking I guess but were very nice afterwards.
Service here is quick. Staff are friendly with smile in their face. One of my favorite subs places just minutes away from our house. Clean place also.
My wife and I ordered one large Steak and Cheese sub from there with no added toppings. We got it home and it had a green peppers on it and no mayo like we asked and I gave mine why heartburn that night and all day the next day because they got the order wrong. Very disappointed
Ordered in the app, drove to the location and they are closed today! Would have been nice if they turned off ordering for their location. Now to go sort out whether or not I was charged for an order that won't be filled.
I ordered the hook n ladder online. It was ready togo before the scheduled pickup time. I loved that the order was hot and ready Before the pickup time and it was correct!! Thanks guys you made my day. The food is always great here!! We will be back for more.
