Great service and great food! I called in early for a 12 piece family pack and the gentlemen on the phone was super nice, friendly and helpful! Told him what I needed and when I needed to pick it up. He said we will have it ready and waiting and it was bagged up nicely and ready when I got there!

When calling to place an order at peak lunchtime on a Sunday, the gentleman who answered the phone was so pleasant, patient, and kind. When getting there, I asked the cashier did he take my order and he shared he did. When I complimented him on how nice he was, he shared he was the owner - name is Shelley. It was awesome to see him leading from the front and being a great representation of his business. Food was hot, delicious and ready within the timeframe promised.

They were wonderful with our call in pickup order and had it hot and ready for when we arrived . They were even nice about adding something we forgot to put on our order too.

This place has done a 180° turn. New management has brought the food back to where it needs to be and everything was fresh and still piping hot when I arrived home. I stopped going there some time ago because the food quality became horrible but have since went back twice. Awesome customer service. They are definitely back on the list for dinner night. I'm really appreciative of the fact that they have veggie plates. Oh so good. So my whole family can eat there. Yes it takes time to get your food but I'm okay with that because it was good. Hope they keep it up! Thank you...when is your Thanksgiving menu coming out?
