I ordered my pizza over the phone and was told it would take an hour. No problem, it's a weekend and their busy. When I went to pick up my pizza at the designated time, I was told my pizza wasn't ready and I would have to wait. The employee went to check and brought out my pizza, still not a big deal. The problem was with the pizza. I brought it to my car sat down to eat slice before driving away and it was cold, like it had been sitting on a counter somewhere for half an hour. The toppings looked like they just threw everything in the middle and shoved it into the oven. I love Domino's Pizza but I will never come back to this location.

The only reason why I gave 4/5 stars is because of the wait time on weekends. Other than that, delivery drivers do a great job and food is always good. The first time we ordered from here our pizza was over cooked and we have had to cancel one order because of the excessive wait time, but with that being said everyone has off days and there are a ton of AIT students ordering food on the weekends, so crazy wait times are expected.

If you request a delivery over the weekend except long wait times; I don't believe this is the fault of the limited friendly staff. If you can, I'd recommend placing carry out orders to check your food before taking it home, and reducing wait times. Highly disappointed when I got home and discovered half of my chicken alfredo missing.

So this is a normal dominos. Today was bad experience tho. I placed a order that cost around 30$. I had it delivered. Only thing is it never even though it says I now have the pizza. I tried calling them but it was a dead line. So I then ordered another one and it’s going to be too late by the time they get here and the time I leave. So I spent 60$ on really nothing other to be angry. This is not mentioning that both are going to be 3 and a half hours to deliver. I understand cause I used to be a delivery guy myself but when I call to get the situation sorted it’s a dead line. Please fix that.

Placed order and after an hour I decided to call the store because my belly started rumbling. 3-4 hour wait time says the person who answered, but they don't let customers know via text/site, etc.. Person says that is normal for them on the weekends. Chic-fil-a please help them!
