Perhaps the rudest service I’ve ever had and I shop at cvs in my home town but the service at cvs in Grovetown at first was non existent. Even though a very loud bell rings when a customer enters - staff was no where to be found. . I waited in front of a register long enough to eat my candy Bar before a rude worker emerged yelling at me to move to the other register where he proceeded to be the rudest most non-compassionate staffer I’d ever encountered. He complained about his job and proceeded to be rude. I couldn’t wait to leave - it was the worse experience of all. He should not be in the public eye. I will never return to that location.

Quick courteous service from all personnel. Enforces all CDC guidelines. Social distancing is also followed.

They let the drive through line get backed up by this woman who’s prescriptions weren’t filled already. We waited behind her for about 10 minutes and then parked and my daughter just went inside to get her birth control and she still got done before that woman in the drive through. She said she could hear the woman basically ordering what she needed at the drive through instead of just going inside.

I do not like the pharmacy in this store!nThe clerks are cold and not helpful. The lines are always slow, and the drive through is the worst ever. Changing pharmacy as so as possible
