Purchased an Xpress through them this spring. Any one can sell a boat but it takes a good marina to service the sale. In what is probably considered one of the busiest years for boat sales they have done a great job checking in and performing the necessary service. Best post sale experience I've had yet.

Bad experience dont take the time to go here for your boating purchase. Owner does not get back to you.nOwner lied multiple times to us about the new karavan trailer we purchased from them. Plus the po toon was advertised as a 2006 and upon completion of paperwork it was a 2003. We were told on pick up trailer was checked out and ready to go. Upon hook up trailer lights did not work. Told us karavan said this was a known problem and would get a new trailer or wiring harness for us. After multiple tries to reach him he finally answered my text message. Bad experience

If you haven't been to Retzlaff Marine in a couple of years you owe it to yourself to check them out. The enterprise is under new ownership and management. Rob Hamer is a conscientious gentleman who has brought on new, friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff (such as Bo) who get the job done right at a reasonable price. Of all the marine shops I've dealt with in the western lakes over the years, Retzlaff Marine is clearly a standout.

After much research I opted to purchase a Veranda tri-toon pontoon boat. This boat replaced my 12 year old tri-toon. I am on Pewaukee lake and wanted something that I could feel comfortable with on big inland lake water. Quality of build was more important to me than frills. OMG!!! what a great experience this boat has been! I can't tell you how solid it is on the water whether putting around or flat out over 40 mph. Not a rattle! Of course after having the boat just a few months the muskrat made a home in the rear transom and ate the wiring harness. Retzlaff was great about fixing any issues whether under warranty or not. The only change I will make next time is getting a power bimini top!!!
