They have no communication skills and they took forever fixing my truck.When I picked it up all types of fuses and my radio was fired also my exhaust was louder. I had to raise hell to get the exhaust fixed. He did fix my truck but if you want it fast go to a real legit transmission establishment. Their customer service is shitty.Will not be going back.

I took my truck there on a Sunday evening so it could be started on Monday morning with a cold Transmission. I was told the diagnostics would take between 4 to 6 hrs, the truck would be put on the lift, pan dropped and valve body checked. I was told I would be called Monday evening with the results. I had to call him, George Patton the owner, myself to be told he hadn't made it to rack with it yet, was told it would be done Tues am and I would be called by Tues at lunch. Tues and Wed go by, no call. I go to shop on Wed to see my truck parked under a tree with bird cap all over it, not in the shop, nor with the pan on Transmission dropped. I was told he was still running test and would give me answer 1st thing Thurs morning. At 530 pm Thurs still no phone call. I drive to the shop Thurs arriving at 615pm. The owner sends his teenage looking son outside to the shop to tell me to leave they are closed. Truck is setting outside of the shop not inside, I look under truck pan has not been dropped. The son tells me his dad will call me tomorrow, Friday. I go to the so called transmision shop Fri am 9/29/17 at 1145am to find my truck again just setting there outside the shop. I look inside the shop for the first time due to the doors have always been closed, to see the shop is full and I mean full of boxes and junk with one rack out of the 2 hardly visible, one car on a rack that was covered in dust, with a mattress/bed under the car on the rack that looks as if someone has been sleeping there. I tell the owner I just want my truck, he will not give me the truck until I give him $85 for diagnostics in the truck. I still have no definite answer as to the problem with my transmission so I don't feel I owe him anything for keeping my truck a week with no answer. An argument then in sues, at which time I call the Richmond County Sheriff's Dept. I then notice he has a gun showng on his side that was not visible before. They come out and tell me it's a civil matter and he can hold my truck till I pay him the $85.This man is a liar, and a scam artist. He probably knew what the sheriff office was going to do before I ever called. DO NOT take your vehicle to this place even if you don't want it anymore. He doesn't do anything but tell one bullcrap lie behind the other one. I'm out $85 and still no answer to problem with transmission. This place is a scam and needs to be closed down so they can't do this to other people. DO NOT EVER USE GT TRANSMISSIONS, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
