I asked atc to perform a relatively complex transmission service. I reached out to them based on the recommendation of my tire shop. This was a preventative maintenance item only and did not involve any repairs.nnI discussed several concerns about the scope of work with the service writer (Mary), and their recommendation was consistent with the manufacturer's service manual procedures. I spoke with the technician (Nathan) after he finished the job, and I was confident that they had done a thorough job. I was also impressed with the general shop organization, layout, cleanliness, and employee attitudes. This appears to be a well-run business with competent and happy employees.nnI would be comfortable returning to them for future complex work.

I've been here a good ten times by now over the past few years. They always make issues right for me when something comes up, they stand by their work, and they always do what they can to help. I've recommended both friends and family and have never heard any of them complain. Cody and Mary are amazing and always take care if whatever last minute oddball request I have for my Honda Accord. These guys do great work and take care of customers. What more could you ask for?

atc Auto Center provides amazing customer care! Mary was my advisor and she kept me informed the entire time my car was in the shop. She was very kind and I could tell she actually cared about my situation! I wish I could give a 10 star rating!

Incredible professionalism, service provided, and customer service. I prefer to work on my vehicles, but will periodically bring them into a mechanic for certain issues beyond my desire and/or capability...but have now used ATC on a few occasions and am extremely impressed. I don't even call around anymore looking for expertise; I only trust ATC moving forward.

The staff is amazing! Mary was my advisor she was polite very professional and took care of business a day early. The owner Brian assisted me diagnosing the problem while he was still riding in my truck around the parking lot what a great group of guys. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicle for a mechanical issue, and that is very hard to find nowadays!
