Im big on being open when you say you're open. This is the 3rd time I've stopped by for a quick bite on my way home from work. Your google page says you close at 12, I showed up at 11:05 and you all were closed. Update the Google hours.
Best McDonald's in Augusta!(Davis Rd 2nd). I go inside to order just for the greetings alone. They always add the condiments to my coffee AND STIR(others should copy). 3.2 stars!? Gotta be the pothole at the turn in because the staff and service is on point.
The service isn't terrible, but it's kind of hit or miss. There needs to be a secondary location to catch some overflow; they are swamped most of the time, and there are plenty of workers, so it's not on them.nnUpdate on review: The amount of times I've received improper orders in the past couple weeks is on the rise. I actually received a burger that was slightly pink in the middle. Going from 4 to 3 stars to reflect that.
We sat here for 5 minutes for one Mc chicken. We were at the first window and this dude stood here talking to his coworkers and at the end some else had to come and take our payment. He obviously wasn’t trained right and couldn’t stop talking for a second to take our $1.29. I’m just upset I had to sit in the line for this long waiting for ONE mc chicken. The lady that got to us as quick as she could. She was very nice though and had way more experience than the male before.
Service was quick but some things on the receipt did not come out correctly.
