Decent place. The food was pretty good. I think they slopped a bit too many fried onions on my burger but the person that came out and brought me my food was nice enough to go in and get the ketchup and ranch I forgot to ask for when I was in line.

Ordered a cheese burger value meal with a side of cheese and a small pumpkin shake. I received a double cheese burger value meal side of cheese and a shake that looked and tasted half pumpkin and half peanut butter. The valour meal came with a soda I asked for Pepsi and received cherry Pepsi.

Was not happy with this place. Had to wait forever in the drive up. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me chicken tenders. Forgot the ketchup. Went inside to straighten it out. Did get chicken sandwich after waiting another 10-15 minutes.

Our normal Culvers is in Shorewood, Wi. They are fast, fast, fast! Our food here was good but the service was extremely slow. Parking lot is challenging to move around, especially with a large vehicle. When ordering, there is no overhang to protect the person ordering in the elements.

Took forever to get our order today and we will not be back anytime soon to this location. We ordered food, 1 concrete mixer, 1 shake and 1 malt. While the employee said our drinks would be out earlier, we got our food first. 15 minutes later we finally asked for the drinks. The employees were confused and then handed us 3 melted beverages. Due to limited time and having to be at a wedding an hour away, we left with no offer from the employees to rectify the situation. Next time, we will be going to our hometown Culver's in Mukwonago.
