I worked with Ms Kimia to locate a unit large enough for me to park my truck. She was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. And she was able to help me get a great rate! I can't complain at all about the level of service I received today.

Maria and Keosha were a great help. Those two saved me money and knew their stuff.Honestly was a polite and friendly environment.

I wish I did NOT have to give this place one star. My entire belongings were stored at this place from 1/28/2018 to 1/16/2021. There was a RAT not mouse but HUGE FIELD RAT infestation. I lost all my belongings. What wasn't chewed or defected on was riddled with mold spores. DO NOT store your life long belongings at this facility. Management had NO empathy.

I Came into the establishment today and Kimia was so helpful and she had awesome customer service. I feel very comfortable with my decision.

Kimia was wonderful she had a great spirit, and made our move in very easy, she deserve nothing but 5 stars and a huge raise if you ask me
