Most of your employees were not wearing mask on their nose, you need to either shutdown your location ! or teach them how to wear a mask properly. Please take COVID-19 seriously.
Waited 30 minutes for cold chicken fries and cold onion rings. Hard and stale food wasn't worth my money and it's upset my stomach.
I usually only stop at Burger King for their onion rings. Their onion rings are the best
Our food was so cold. Taste is great but I like my food warm.
The staff has always been friendly to me, and the order had always appeared to be punched in correctly. However, literally every time we’ve been here (about four), something has been messed up or forgotten except once. Admittedly, they have always fixed it when we brought it back and I understand it’s a newer location. However today I ordered two burgers exactly the same and one was correct and one was not and I genuinely don’t understand how. Almost every time we’ve gone, a burger is incorrect (my household HATES ketchup, so we always order no ketchup and always comes with it.). With us, they have at most a 25% success rate in correct food.
