Melissa Harris was awesome at helping me pick out a unit for my needs. She took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me good tips for how to stack things. She was polite and friendly and made sure to follow safety rules I appreciated her small touches to make it a good experience. I will definitely tell my friends about this place just because eof her. The young lady who assisted me (Lisa) actually captured me from U-Haul. I had called U Haul to inquire about a storage rental and she was so nice and helpful and explained to me that she was not U-Haul but would love to be able to accommodate me. She was so nice that I went and rented a unit from her. Great customer service!. Will definitely refer this facility to others!
I booked online and when I got to the location they didn't have my reservation. The manager, Melissa got me a unit anyway! She was very friendly and helpful. I was also able to get help unloading the moving truck from a gentleman on site. This was my first time renting a storage unit and I would definitely recommend Storage Sense to anyone in need of a storage unit.
