The service was good and the potato might have been good if I had it the day it was cooked. I wish I could rate this place a negative star rating (-10)nI went for lunch and only had a 15 minute wait but my potato was not fresh at all, it actually taste like it was 1 or 2 days old. After 3 spoon fulls I was done.... I normally don't write reviews but I was so disappointed. I can not support this place ever again.
Gonna make this a monthly thing until I try all the ones that appeal to my taste buds. Had a little wait but it was so worth it.nbroccoli and cheese and Philly cheese steak both was on point. Nice huge good tasting potatoes so good that I ate the skin. Also the broccoli ud83eudd66 tasted good too. Ill ask for extra next time. They are not afraid to give you cheese real cheese either. Didn't even know you could stuff that much meat in a potato lol. Visit visit visit Potato factory. The steak, chicken, bacon and added shrimp potato I ordered is to die for. And please guys leave a tip and write them a reviewnThey definitely earned it!
Krissy & Jackie did a wonderful job on my meal. The wait was not long. Very thoughtful and considerate while preparing my food. I would give those two ten stars if I could . If they are not already in manager positions then they need a promotion. Matter of fact they did so good that they should run the whole company. Because if every potato factory store conducted the customer service that they did then potato factory as a whole would flourish even more than what it already is.
first time eating here and ordered from grubhub. my food was still hot. I added nacho cheese to my potato which was a good idea . The potato was sooooooo huge. I'll most def order again. I'm so full, I also got a 7up pound cake .
