I ordered food from here through DoorDash. It got to me on time, hot, and delicious! I ordered a biscuit and got toast; but the toast was so good I’m glad that I got it. Lol Black owned & great food. So yes, eat at Jackson’s Soul food Restaurant. I am again.

Stopped here from a nice visit in Atlanta on our way back to North Carolina me and my husband loved the food fresh and seasoned to perfection 10/10!!

Horrible customer service! No one speaks when you enter and the tall lady taking orders has a terrible attitude. She acts as if you owe her something. The wait on your food is ridiculously long as well. Customers were walking out and asking for other soul food restaurants before I entered, which should have been my first sign. I will not be returning.

My experience was horrible, embarrassing and I never got my order. Family came for Thanksgiving so we decided to support a Black Owned business for breakfast. As we enter the restaurant, none of the employees had on gloves or masks, of the 4 customers already waiting only one had on a mask and no sign establishing cleanliness and or enforcing face covering. The salmon patties, sausage and bacon were pre-cooked and being re-heated on an electric griddle. The lady behind the count with no gloves or face covering did not acknowledge us, greet us, smile or even look like she wanted to be there. One of the main ingredients in SOUL FOOD is LOVE. Love and care for the details in preparations of the meal. I did NOT feel nor witness any LOVE/CARE or ATTENTIVENESS. So we cancelled our order that would have probably sold 'em out that morning because there were 19 of us in 6 different vehicles who would have ordered. So we went to a curbside pick up for a business that did not need our support. We ate the FREE Continental breakfast at the hotel the remainder of their visit. #disappointed
