I am giving this business 2 stars only for the great customer service I experienced from the cashier woman!. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. I really had high hopes for this establishment. The owner micro managed her employer and didn’t greet the guest but watched over us as we made our food from the buffet. As, I sat down to eat. I was very disappointed because the food was cold. The only thing that was warm was the beans. I, only tasted the food and immediately told the cashier that the food was cold. She said she would tell the cook. But, as I waited for the cook to return with warm food. He hadn’t returned due to the cashier had forgot to tell him to replace the cold food. As, I asked for a refund for food that only had been half bitten from the cashier stated we don’t do refunds and the owner listened in and never stepped up to offer a solution. She only stated as I walked out. That she was going to have to talk to him about the cold food. But not once said “ Hey, I apologize about the cold food can we offer you a solution “. Poor customer service from a owner. I will not be returning to this establishment and will post my experience on all social media platforms.
Great vibes and super welcoming service. The menu was fresh and yummy. Will definitely recommend this place to others. Fair prices and generous meals. Great work.
I meet friends in this place a lot! This is my favorite place to have a bite. I go there routinely. The food is of high quality, the workers are polite and the payment is reasonable. I like eating in this restaurant to have a good dinner.
I was at dis place yesterday the food was'nt good..didnt have alot to choose from..the food isn't worth $14.99 if u are looking for good soulfood dis isn't the place to go..
I am just going to be honest the food was cold, old and spoiled. For it to be lunch time and just opening I was hoping to get that southern home feel experience and was just disappointed. I will never eat here again.
