The manager Cason is unprofessional at best. She is incompetent when it comes to customer service. 3 times I ordered from my app only to receive a phonecall telling me they were not delivering anymore for the night. Each time was more than an hour before their closing time. They didn't offer any solutions or compensation for their decision to shut down early. It is ridiculous. Don't go here.
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza half with banana peppers, mushrooms, and spinach. I waited almost 3 hours for my food. Received a text saying out for delivery at 8:41 pm, didn’t get food until 9:35. Pizza was cold and veggies were not cooked with the pizza, simply raw and throw on top. The boneless wings were ok.
Smh. I placed an order that never came. Waited two hours, finally Called because I realized how long I’ve waited was on hold for 15 mins before the phone just hung up. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this location but it’s the last because I’m not ordering from here again. Super ghetto do not recommend.
Usually they are great, have no problems, but they are going down hill. Ordered a pizza tonight, got a notification 20 mins later saying my order was out for delivery, waited an hour after I got the notification and called and was told the driver was just now leaving with my order. Nearly 2 hours since I ordered and it still has yet to show up.
It's close to me and the cooks are good.
