First and foremost. My (in store) $6.00 Pressel Pizza order wasn't (ready) when promised. I was told that it would be ready in ten (10) minutes. I actually received that pizza about thirty (30) or thirty five (35) minutes afterwards. However, the staffers compensated my wait times with a free 2liter soda.I am appreciative for their corrected actions and/or attention to my order discrepancy.
This location is the reason people say yuck to Little Caesars. They just do a terrible job making pizza. They have the ability to make good pizza but they refuse to be consistent about quality.
The food can be good. The staff although very nice and concerned about getting food to the customer. They can be very unprofessional most of the time. Cannot tell who is the manager on duty as I never see one.
They have very good pizza here. Really enjoy it.
Poor customer service. The workers make the worst quality peaches and expect you to buy them. They say just because it's fast food what else can you expect. This company better wake up before they're out of business
