My Go 2 braid spot for years now. A lil pricey but they are good. And if they're talking about me in their language they're very friendly about it! Have recommended several & they seem satisfied as well.
This place is very unprofessional how you got people booking appointment online and when they get to the shop you tell them the person that’s doing there hair is not there and you don’t know when there coming never again I try to give people chances because that’s the second time they did that to me my normal African shop I go to was closed it don’t pay to try new places if you don’t have to most places you call set up appointment over the phone no matter the day or time or if they have a walk in so I’m trying to warn others so your gas and time isn’t wasted.
Twice I’ve been here where I’ve made a 9 am appointment and the stylist wasn’t there. I waited 30 minutes the second time before I walked out. The other Braider kept saying she’s coming but I was not waiting any longer.
I ordered knotless and theres tension galore on my edges and I was in that shop for almost 11 hours...with an appointment. I wont be going back.
To slow not enough staff and if you have children and drop them there they will let them sit there we got there at 10am left at 7pm ridiculous
