Great Service hands down. Everything they advertise is exactly what you get! Charged over $600 for prep on a 1700 refund, great customer service but overpriced and pricing is not up front. You are charged whatever their system spits out at the tax preparer. Not low priced as advertised. Lots of hidden fees, even a 20 dollar fee to receive your money, looking into my options with the BBB because I feel robbed without a gun.
